Can these Plumeria cuttings be saved?! (pics)

I bought these off of Ebay at the end of Sept/first of Oct.

They looked a little questionable to start with, though not this bad. I immediately put them in pots of potting soil mixed with plenty of perlite and have been keeping them near a sunny window with a grow light on them for 4-5 hours after the sun goes down. Im watering them but letting them dry out between waterings.

One has developed brown spots on the base of the trunk and on one of the branch tips.

The other is very wrinkly and I can feel it softening inside. I'm most worried about this one.

What do you think about what they look like? Can I do anything else to save them? They are worse than when I got them.

Thanks for any help!!!!!!
