I do not have the seeds that you are looking for but I can suggest few no-heat/low-heat peppers that I know.

NO HEAT:
Cubanelle, gypsy sweet, banana

LOW HEAT
Anaheim, poblano

You might be able to find seeds for those at most garden centers. My favorits are CUBANELLE and POBLANO.

I am sure you will get more recommendation from others.

The texas wild pepper is called a "chiltepin".
It's a small bird's eye pepper. I've heard them called chile pequin, turkey pepper, bird's eye pepper among some of the other names. The wild pepper is a small round pepper that has some good heat. The heat hits you really fast and goes away really fast - doesn't have a lingering heat like other peppers.

A Scotch Bonnet pepper isn't a "no-heat" pepper. In fact, some of them are quite hot.

I've got a couple strains of Texas Bird , Suave red and orange Habs , Zavory too , I'd have traded...

I bought a small pack of "CHILI PEQUIN" pepper pods for 99 cents
from mexican grocery store. I planted some insid few days ago.
I want them as ornamental and variety, not so much for how hot they are.

Texas wild bird chile, they are tiny, about 1/8 to 1/4" long.

There is a difference between Texas Wild Bird Pepper strains and what you are talking about.

Probably due to the fact that they are wild peppers.

From what I've read some are classified as
Chacoense,Praetermissum , Eximum etc.

Some they call bird peppers or Pequin,Tepin and Petine.
Some have a black stage before turning red.
Pods can be oval,round or longer ovals or pointed.
Some are red and others lean towards orange red.

It probably depends on what the original pepper was in the first place and what the growing conditions are and wether it crossed with another wild or domestic pepper along the way.
I've seen wild peppers from Texas , and other places be different from place to place though at one time they might have started from the same seeds way back when...
I've seen them look almost like tumbleweeds with pods from a distance and I've seen some pretty tall ones too-as opposed to round and shorter plants.
This season I've got several wild pepper varieties from all over the world growing,waiting to go outside when it warms up a little more.

Some have pods now-Mockingbird Pea and some S.Korean varieties.

Trying to grow some C.Lanceolatum,C.Eximim,C.Praetermissum,C.Macrocarpum,C.Chacoense and a couple black seeded wild ones too.
Should be another interesting season.

Did that licorice pepper that was heart shaped have any heat Smokemaster? I never could taste mine as the pepper maggots ate them first.

All habaneros are C. Chinenses

All Scotch Bonnets are C. Chinenses, except the fake squash peppers

Habaneros do not = Scotch Bonnets.

John, I grew all those and 30 more bird types in '08 (thanks to you and many others). I must say Pequin Puerta Vallarta was my favorite. Such a beautiful plant.

I don't know.
Mine turned into some type of Annuum.

Must have stored it too long it went from being a Chinense to an Annuum.

Looked like it might have turned into seeds for pods similar to dried pods at the grocery store.
Never saw chinense turn Annuum before.
I must have stored them in really bad conditions.
Another guys turned into a wax pepper.Looked like Bannana or hungarian wax.
He must have stored his wrong too. :)
My changlings were med heat.Nothing special.

I still have a couple seeds left.
Maybe I should plant them.
They might have changed into something else again.
It has been another season...
I have seeds from the plant they grew too.
Maybe they'll turn back into Chinense or over to Frutescens or Pubescens this season...

Those were all received from friends and I'm sorry not to have extras at this point. Perhaps in the future, as I have a small Ulupica I am overwintering-it did poorly in our crummy summer last year.

Finally I got couple of pequin seeds to germinate. Now they have teir first set of true leaves.

i went dove hunting last year. southeast of kingsville tx.behind the lodge was the chiltepin bush all aglow with it's green and orange and red delights. i picked about 30 pods and brought them home to dry. sept. 2011 to mar. 2012.planted them about 1/2" and watered good. least to say, now i have more peppers than i can ever eat. seems as though all sprouted. wow! i usually cut them open with latex gloves on and take out the seeds for next years rows of plantings. they are just hot enough for me to stand ,without adding the seeds to do damage. will later on warm up the vinagar and bottle them next seasons prolific growth. going back to texas this year and will look again . what a treat this is .

man i now have over 1000 peppers drying, and still more to come .

No heat, my patootie. The ones I'm growing now are fairly low heat (the neighbor kids would not agree), but I've also had some Cubanelles that would curl your tongue!

I 've had these pepper long ago when I lived in texas. one of my favorite peppers. if anyone has some seeds they can spare, I would gladly buy them from you. I have been searching the local nurseries for many years for that type of pepper, w/o any luck.
