I've grown the Billy Goat and Catarina.

The Billy Goat is similar in heat and flavour to Habaneros but is about 3/4 to half the size. Very prolific plants.

What I have in my notes for the Catarina:
A pungent, crisp flavored chile that's shaped like a bullet (1ý-2"). Flavor tones of wild berry and tobacco. Ideal in salsas, stews, soups, and especially great in tamales. Like a Cascabel, shake it and hear its seed rattle.

For what it's worth, I won't grow the Catarina again... too damn seedy.

I've grown Chile de Agua and Billy Goat.

The only thing I'd add re: Billy Goat is it should have a pungent cherry aroma.

My notes on Chile de Agua: Plant produces good yields of upright, 4" long by 1 ü" wide peppers. Peppers are medium hot, and turn from green to dark red when mature. Plant has green stems, green leaves, and white flowers. A variety from Oaxaca, Mexico. Plant Height: 30" tall.

I'd say they're both worth growing, at least once anyway. Of course, I feel that way about ALL peppers lol.

Chile de Agua

I have grown the Goat Weed. It is a great pepper. It has black pods that turn red when ripe. It is hot (50K+ SKU) and we use it for powder mostly since it produces like mad. Very seedy. Flavor wise it is ok, bitter if eaten in black stage or green. It also has a nice tolerance for cold so it over winters in the greenhouse well (mine is still bushy and started fruiting again). It is a cool looking plant. The leaves look like there is hair on them. I would grow it again.
