Where can I find dried fig leaves for tea?
Comments (16)What I do to ensure I have mellowed leaves is harvest the leaves in the fall when they fall off the tree. The latex has receded into the branches and the leaves have yellowed. In my experience these leaves have better flavor and are not bitter or otherwise. Hope this is helpful. -Little John...See MorePA/NJ Fig Tree Nurseries
Comments (6)Last year, Cinnamonson Nursery carried Black Mission, Brown Turkey and Kadoota. It's right across the bridge (sort of) from Philly. You may want to send Al (Italianfigtrees.com) an email if you are interested in one of his trees. I think it maybe a bit early for him, but it is worth a shot. Rare Finds Nursery (I think that is their name) carried Peter's Honey last year. They are way overpriced. ~james...See MoreWhere to Find Good Fig Tree

The good ones are treasured by fig lovers and cuttings passed between them....See MoreI need a landscape plan in Pittsburgh, Pa

If it is functional as it is then let it be. Since the previous owner did not consider mature sizes of plants I would try to find out what every shrub is and see if you can remove them before it gets out of hand. I did not mean the widow's tree. I meant this tree:Your concrete slab looks quite ordinary to me. Why do you call it hideous? I would remove the rock next to it. Because of your location I cannot advise on trimming shrubs but a lot of them are overgrown. If your back door faces west or south you will want to think about a tree to shade the patio....See Morepeaches20
