resident tadpoles

Hi all. Originally posted this on Nature Net but got no responses. I have a very tiny pond, made from a new litter box and various rocks and pebbles. It is sunk into the ground and has plants around it. It's solar pump no longer works but there has been a lot of rain and it doesn't seem to be fetid or slimy. There is a toad house close by but I never saw any frogs or toads around. When I went to dismantle it the other day, I saw what appears to be hundreds of tadpoles! Only 1/8 to 1/4" long but most definately tadpoles! Will these little guys survive winter? I am not sure what to do with these little guys. Please advise. /Abi
