The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Lordy,no spel chekk? Oh well here goes. Seeking input as to hits and misses with tomato varieties esp in beefsteaks and heat tolerant types. Last year was my first success with a big tom, Park's Whopper(2-1/4 lbs). It was chosen for it's resistance to most everything. You see I have worms and not the good kind but the bad kind...da root knot nematodes. Any who PW was pretty productive and would have done better with more room. Never had any luck with Old German over several seasons.

Golden Jubilee has always been a winner for me. Much better than Lemon Boy

Yellow Pear and Juliette Are heavy producers for the small toms.

Early Girl was good as well for the mid size tom.

I do like to try new kinds but it has to be balanced by some very reliable kinds. With a new and differant location I am looking forward to even more success. Thanks all.
