Looks like the standard Easter lily, Lilium longiflorum.

I got some of those free Campbell's tomato seed packs earlier. They came unidentified, an about 20 seeds inside with no instructions. Guess how many germanated? 3. 1 died. Are they afraid I might take over the market? Waiting to see if the two produce. Wonder if they are J.D.T. variety? That is the type created for the soup. It's been a hard year for growing.

I second the Liatris spicata. Liatris scariosa is a significantly harder to find plant, and L. spicata has a much more compact raceme (flowering head). The one in the photo is way too compact to be anything but L. spicata. Also L. scariosa tends to be a much paler purple than L. spicata. The yellow flower looks like some sort of daylily, but there are thousands of sorts out there, so it'd be difficult to guess the cultivar name. BP
