Updated Drought Outlook Thru March 2012

Okiedawn OK Zone 7

The latest Drought Outlook released by NOAA looks a bit less favorable for a large portion of our region than the last one did. That is fairly discouraging. However, if you're in the part of Oklahoma that is white on the map, you might be feeling pretty positive about spring planting at this time. This outlook takes us from today through March 2012, and is updated periodically.

I've linked the outlook below so anyone who is interested can look at it and factor in the drought outlook when planning their 2012 landscaping and planting project.

Now, I'm headed back to my 2012 Grow List to revise it.
