Too early to plant perennial seedlings?

I have tons of hardy perennial seedlings in 2" peat pots that are getting pretty big... Is it too early to put them in the ground this weekend with the temps going up to the 50-60s (in fact it's going up to the 70s on Sun-Mon)? I have:

Shasta Daisy

Canterbury Bells

Japanese Balloon Flowers

Columbines

They all have 4-6 sets of true leaves and are about 3-5 inches tall. I have also been putting them outside 1-2 hours/day (longer if the sun was out) for the last couple of weeks.

When I started the seeds I wasn't planning on putting them out until May but they are growing quite bing under the plant lights...
