Marissa, Portulaca Oleracea (I.e. Lesser hogweed, common purslane and or Kiss Me Quick) Is commonly considered a "weed" by the vast majority of gardenres and seed suppliers and as such will not be available through usual sources. I could not find a single supplier after many hours of websearching.
My recommendation to you is to look about for it growing 'wild' and hopefully collect some seed.
I , personally, find it a charming little plant and I do not mind it in my garden so long as it behaves itself.
I have it in my row garden, and last year after seeing an ag research article about how it made a good ground cover for tomatoes, I tried it, just letting it spread out and weeding away the other stuff. It worked really well, protecting the tomatoes wonderfully, and the slugs mostly stayed on the purslane instead of eating my peppers. Towards the end of the season, it did peter out, but we had a very hot summer.
