Kaitlyn, it's a Sedge. You took two really good photos. The medium distance shot shows the general layout of staminate and pistillate spikes, plus general dimensions and growth pattern of leaves and plants. The close-up shot is also helpful. However, the staminate spikes are just developing, and the perigynia aren't even showing yet. You'll have more numerous and accurate responses if you wait until the spikes are mature, which should occur in about 3-5 weeks.
