I think I would wait and see what you get before adding more seed. Probably once the seeds sprout you'll have some spots that are a little bit bare, and that is where I'd put additional seed or new species, as long as the bare spot seems suitable for the new species (i.e. it isn't bare because the soil is all rock, or all sand, unless that is the condition the new plant prefers). You can add species over many years, so I wouldn't be too anxious to add everything you want immediately.

Are you planning mostly grass or a prairie effect with flowering plants too? If you want room for flowers between the grasses, try spacing at 2 to 3 feet. Indian grass and Big blue stem grow mostly upright but switch grasses are wider.

LOVE those Ron! The hoarfrost on the vines(?) that look like dainty Christmas wreath is so neat. I'm sure a science guy could explain why negative and positive electrons in the moisture in the air and "grab" on to the frozen particles already there to make those "spikes"... but, to me, its still pretty strange and wondrous. And, most importantly, however and whyever it does it on occasion, its awfully beautiful when it does. Thanks for getting out there and sharing those.
