It looks to me like Crinum asiaticum, which is widely used in landscaping in Florida. One of the common names for that is Poison Bulb, so no, not edible.

Okay everyone will likely think I’m nuts but here goes. I have a Kordes rose Bajazzo that I’ve had four three years now. In the first two years it has given me some very different colors. The petals often roll back like yours. They almost always have a white stripe somewhere. I indeed have had hot pink blooms from it. I’ve also had horrible orange blooms and I like orange. Now in it’s third year the color is more stable it blooms hot salmon pink. If your rose is Bajazzo the color will change. If it stays hot pink then it is something else. Bajazzo fades a bit as the bloom ages but not much. If you look at photos you will not see many showing hot pink. It does bloom hot pink at times I promise. Another thing it is a short climber so for me it throws long skinny canes. The canes tend to lay flat on the ground if not supported or wrapped on something. At least when it is young. So if your rose is upright or bushy then it Is not Bajazzo.
