Design of a native perennial garden

I am wanting to design a native perennial wildflower garden for my backyard. The area I have is 10'x30' and is hard clay. I plan on building a raised bed to compensate for the hard clay, but need help in the layout of the plants. I am wanting to use native perennial wildflowers for hosting/nectar for butterflies and for hummingbirds. The area will have full sun and ample drainage when I'm done. I have been doing a lot of online and book research and have a good idea on what plants to use; I just need help with how many of each plant to use, spacing, grouping them, soil prep, etc. Can you help me or tell me where I can go to get this information?

Thanks for you help in advance,

Bruce
