Please help with ID on possible grape vine (photos)

Still trying to figure out if this is a native vine or non-native. Looks like a grape to me. Mid-Atlantic region, northern Piedmont. It seems to be infected with an insect or disease that I'm also trying to identify. Have also noticed same vine in the wild (and same insect/disease on leaves) close to riparian buffer area near us.

The pest seems to be Phylloxera.

Yes, I think it is Phylloxera too. Do you think this grape is Frost grape (Vitis vulpina)? I'm just not sure, and am trying to figure out if it's a native grape or not. It may be wild or may have been planted by the previous owner of our house.

So far, the closest match is Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi. However, the leaf size in the description disagrees. Also, the flowers on my plant are solitary, but this may be due to the age of the plant. After reading that bulbils may be produced by some plants, it is possible that what I identified as plantlets may be bulbils (or even something else). Mine are too small (and my eyes are getting old) for me to distimguish any features of these growths along the leaf edges. In comparing the flowers between my planty and the photo at http://www.deserttropicals.com/, my flower's petals flare out more, and my flower color does not differ so much between the calyx and bloom.

Insects attacked my grape vines! Help, please!

Thank you for your reply!. We are in Dallas, TX . The vines are small, we just planted them this spring, therefore I am afraid that the insects will kill it. So far all we did was to sprinkle the leaves with the water from a hose, as you have suggested. We have other plants in our back-yard (flowers, bushes, pomegranates) - but the insects attacked specifically this plant... I hope that you are right and that the insects (or are they bugs?) will not destroy the whole plant. So far, there is no leave that does not have holes in it...

And lastly, this is actually on my Healthier vine. >> I think I wasn't watering them enough when it started warming up and only really started watering them every two days about a month ago so this could be an older leaf from that. But just putting this here in case it can help>

P.S. I just posted these photos on the "Name That Plant" forum and someone on there thinks it may be a Heartleaf peppervine (Ampelopsis cordata).

When I first saw the photos it appeared that you may have posted pictures of two different vines. The one on the wall and most of the others look like one vine. The fruit and the leaves in the background in picture 5 on the left appear to me to be a different plant and a grape of some sort.
