Thanks for the fast I.D.! Since it has that massive taproot, is it a bad idea to move it?

It would be very difficult to move, and its days are numbered, anyway. It's a biennial that dies after flowering. It's an old-world plant that's become widely naturalized along roadsides, old fields, etc.
