My new bush removing trick.

I have stumbled onto a new (for me anyway) bush removal tool. I was trying to remove an established burning bush from beside my house. I was nervous about digging to deeply since I was not sure how close I was to the buried gas line. Then i had a sudden thought. If I can pull amazingly heavy rocks with my Come Along it should work on this as well. Sure enough I connected one end of the come along to an unused fence post that I have not gotten around to removing yet and, wrapped a cable around the bush and it came out slowly but easily. I am thrilled. I want to try it on the Japanese Honeysuckles out back. I weed wrench the small to mediem sized ones but I think this should work on some of the larger ones. The trick will be finding anchor points.

Hope this helps someone.

Scott
