Actaea racemosa (formerly Cimicifuga racemosa)

I wanted to share this picture of one of my Black Cohosh plants. I call this my "Happy Cohosh" because it is so obviously very happy. This was originally one cohosh that was rescued with an azalea. It has far outgrown the azalea! I don't know if the cohosh has multiplied or just throws up two bloom stalks. This plant has already been blooming for two weeks and the bees are on it constantly. This is tucked up next to the house's foundation (that's a really big Florida Anise behind it and you can see the azalea below it). It gets a lot of morning sun.
