Found this plant in the woods away from any nearby homes but have never seen it in the wild before. Does anyone know what it is?

It looks like a lamium gone wild.

.......or could be the similar Lamiastrum, which usually has yellow flowers, as opposed to the whites, pinks, and violets of Lamium. Equally useful as groundcover, equally non-native and potentially invasive.
