I found a tree that piqued my interest as a nectar source (it was covered in bees) and have been trying to identify it. I think it is either a mimosa or an acacia. It has tighter flowers than a mimosa more like an acacia like some of the cats claw and guajillo in west texas. Check out the pictures. Thanks
