Trillium grandiflorum f. roseum

prhart

I am trying to verify the identity of plants which were sold to me as the above. According to the Case book on trilliums, T. grandiflorum has a white to pale green ovary whereas T. erectum (the likely alternative) has a maroon overy. My plants have maroon ovaries and the anthers are also maroon. The leaves, however, are very broad at the base like T. grandiflorum. My question is, does the roseum form of T. graniflorum have the maroon coloration to the ovary and anthers. The ovary is 6 chambered but both T. graniflorum and erectum have that configuration. Any help will be much appreciated.
