They just look to me like the small dwarfed leaves that I always see on my apples. There are always some of them usually out near the canopy edge in a cluster of leaves. They are always undersized and more rounded than the others. You barely touch them and they fall off as though the tree has aborted them. I notice they just appear here and there. Those leaves do look bigger though. Anybody?

the three-lobed one looks like passiflora x Belotii, the seven lobed one could be a number of things, but it looks like a passiflora caerulea or a p. 'purple haze' or p. x Colvilli Hope this could help, Dc

My setigera has 5-leaflet leaves. They are down fairly far, but they are there. There are also thornless forms of setigera, though I seem to be growing only ultra-thorny ones here. Remember, there is going to be a certain amount of variation between individual plants. This is probably a seedling, not a clone like the usual garden roses. So the picky little details of thorniness, stipule shape, stipule color, etc. will have natural variations.

Could be a snail vine? The flower panicles sortof resemble snapdragons and pictures I've seen of the seeds suggest they look almost like kidney beans. I was initially thinking hyacinth bean vine but those seeds are distinct - generally very dark, almost black, with a white protusion (making it look like an oreo cookie, as many of us think they resemble).
