Bean variety grown 30-40 years ago

My first time here, I'm looking for help in identifying this bean. I grew a pole bean back in the 70's which was light green reddish markings and flat podded. The seed was beige with darker tan markings. This bean seed was passed along from a neighbor who didn't have a variety name for these other than she called them italian butter beans. Anyone have an idea of what they might be? This bean was used fresh and was nice for frenching. I'd love to grow this or something similar. Any help will be very much appreciated.
