My u. Albomarginata may be getting ready to disperse seeds?

It was said on here that U. Albomarginata's are infertile. I am not sure about that. This week, my U.Albo is looking like it might be getting ready to do something. I showed this pic to the hosta guy I know and he says it looks like a seed pod possibly, though it's unusual that it didn't bloom before hand. It has several of these little pod like things. They are on stems that look like the bloom stems but definitely not the flowers. I don't know? What do you think?
