I think that whole strip is more on the orangey gold side, so perhaps that's why you're feeling ivoire is reading pink. I've seen pictures of Ivoire and know quite a few people on this forum have it in their houses, and pink is never a word I've heard to describe it. That said, maybe it's your lighting? What kind of bulbs are you using in your fixtures? Perhaps a Reveal bulbs will bring a different tint to the room. The Believable Buff/Whole Wheat/Camelback strip has a tad more green in it, so you might like Whole Wheat/Camelback which is in the same tone as Blonde/Restrained Gold.

I know what you mean yoyo. I usually pass on paperbacks and have one friend who shares my 'taste' in books so no difficulties there. I made the mistake recently of handing on a light, but well-written book to my s-in-l thinking it might amuse here. Vee "Maybe you'd like to read this ? Vee, feeling very stupid as though she should have remembered H belongs to a sect that forbids the written-word or maybe never learnt to read " It doesn't matter, it was just an idea." @cawaps I did want something warmer as I want warmer colors like sage throughout the house, but the lighting right now is currently poor in the house so that may be a factor in the two bottom photos.
