Hydrangea Arborescens

MissSherry

I'm replanting my Katrina devastated woods with a greater variety of native plants than grew there before. I'm thinking about ordering a few h. arborescens to plant in the shadiest, most well-drained spots - if they thrive, I might plant more of them.

Anybody ever grown this shrub, in particular in the hot, humid southeast? How did it do for you?

Thanks!

Sherry
