Trading Cuttings Via Mail

There must be more than just me who would like to trade cuttings, rooted or not. I would think that a cutting wrapped wet in plastic would go through the mail and we could all share in more of our favorites. Then when it arrives, prepare it in soil or sand and grow it. Why aren't we doing this exchange? I have a love of Hydrangeas and want some of the ones that cost an arm and a leg (ofcourse). And, on a limited budget I cannot afford plants in the $30's and $40's. I suppose this question has been submitted before, but would like to hear the views of others.I would like Kardinal, Pia2, Rotdrossel 2, Purple Tiers, and Forever Pink. I have huge, gorgeous mopheads etc., but do not know the names of them. Thanks!
