Shanna, Ohhhh so pretty. I ordered both curtisii's this spring because I couldn't make my mind up which one. If they grow into something half as nice as yours I'll be happy.
Not a great picture but these are the 2 curtisii I ordered this spring. The one on the left is the larger leaf IML 1160 from Thailand and the smaller leaf is IML 1164 from the Philippines, the leaves are just half the size of 1160.
I think the differences may be cultural or just some quirk. I don't recall ever hearing of multiple kinds of Curtisii, or a variegate for that matter.
It happens that some of my Curtisii had some of those leaves like in the first pic, those leaves which are mostly lightly colored, not dark as is the more usual. I remember wondering abt it & showing it to another Hoya friend. I really liked them & the contrast btwn the two. I wondered abt trying to take cuttings of those lighter leaves, but never tried to.
