Yes... keep the leaves! Place the pot in the sunniest window you have... a southern exposure would be best. East is good, too. Keep an eye on watering, only giving it more when the soil is dry down to the root level. Stick your finger down into the soil, as far as it will go, to check for moisture. If you can feel any moisture, hold off on watering. These bulbs prefer to dry out in between waterings. Allow the leaves to grow and help the bulb gain energy. Think of the bulb as a battery... it needs to recharge before it can bloom. So, the better care you take now, the more the chance for a nice blooming next cycle. Hippeastrum bulbs, commonly known as Amaryllis, naturally bloom in spring or early summer. They are forced at the grower level to bloom for us at Christmas. But normally, they will bloom sometime in spring or early summer. You can also feed your bulb to help it along... I use regular liquid MiracleGro for houseplants. I mix a weak solution and water with it about every other watering, maybe once or twice a month. Other than that, just watch it grow! When the weather breaks and there's no longer danger of a frost, you can bring the pot outdoors. I think I'm just repeating myself... which I tend to do! Anyway... if you're interested, there's plenty to learn. Just start reading here in the forum... you'll learn about soils, the different bulb varieties, the pests and diseases that can hurt the bulbs, how to force dormancy, etc... Welcome to the forum! Beware... one of these bulbs can easily turn into a large hobby! :-)

In the second pic you've got a very nice clump of sanseveria (snake plant) it prefers low to medium light and likes to dry quite a bit between waterings and the other plants in that pot are Kalanchoe thyrsiflora (maybe flapjack) it also likes to dry between waterings but would prefer to be in direct sun for most of the day so I would recommend separating them from the snake, they'll get big if they have more room and sun, also use a very fast draining potting soil like a cactus or succulent mix. The third pic looks like a very sad and shriveled jade plant (Crassula 'Gollum') he also likes to dry between waterings but it looks like that might have been taken a bit too far. I would put him in bright, mostly indirect light, and water well but not until the soil dries (there is a tendency to overcompensate by over watering a plant that has been stressed by drought so watch out for that) a lot or even most of those leaves may fall off but keep the faith, if you keep at it it will come back, it's a pretty cool plant, I have one just like it. In the fourth pic you have a very Haworthia that has some crispy leaves on the bottom, in my experience, this often happens when the bottom leaves are in contact with the wet soil for too long, they get kinda rotty and then they dry up. I would pull or cut them off and make sure the leaves are not touching the soil, if they are, you might want to put a layer of gravel over the top of the soil to create a barrier between the moist soil and the leaves. These are all succulents and they all like to dry between waterings, they also like sun but, aside from the kalanchoe, not hot, intense sun all day, a half day would probably be good except for the sans which doesn't need any direct sun but will tolerate some early morning or late afternoon sun. Hi Charlene, and Welcome! To really help you with your snake plant, we really need a picture of the whole plant. We need to see the soil, and the size of the pot, and that there are holes in it for drainage. We need to know if you are in wet shady Washington (my state) or Texas and the light the plant is getting. And more. If you have been barely spraying it once a week with water, my guess is it's very thirsty. Snake plants like to be watered until water drains out of the holes in the pot freely. Make sure not to leave the watered plant in sitting water tho, they rot really easily. After you have watered, let the soil go quite dry. Take a small dowel or chopstick and stick it all the way into the soil, not stabbing the roots. If it comes out with dirt on it and feels cool or damp don't water. If the stick comes out clean and dry it's safe to water now. I have to put the stick on my cheek to feel if it's moist, so try that if you feel unsure. Only water when it's really dry. Then start all over again. Snakes are drench and dry plants, they love a good soak, and then the roots have to get dry for the oxygen dry soil allows. But this advice is all guesstimation without pictures. Try to get a pic to us and you will get some real expert advice.
