Roanlda4 Sounds as if you could have a very interesting plant there. I would say it warrants careful observation even if bud count and branching are something less than desirable. Reliable rebloomers in our zone are scarce. I, personally, would not worry about the face at this point, but rather, concentrate on the reblooming trait. Do you have any sibs to the plant available for linebreeding to attempt to fix the trait? If not, I would be making a long cross of the parents at some point. In the meantime you might look at Norris' ASHWOOD BELLE and Stamile's FIRST TWILIGHT, who always give me two scapes per fan, as potential mates. Richard says that AB's kids show the rebloom trait a large percentage of the time. Crosses with these two would open several avenues for linebreeding to try and fix this trait. It was much fuller and recurved. My picture didn't turn out so well because it is overcast and I did not take my tripod out. Was too excited to cross it to worry about more pictures. I crossed it this morning with both Cleopatra's Jewel and Wild Horses. In the first case hoping I might get that gold edge from CJ on something with this size and eye pattern. In the second cross hoping to strengthen the vigor and heavy bloom of both with the opportunity for more of that pale self with big dark eye/edge color pattern. Fun to imagine the possibilities.

Brugmansia 'Creamsickle' three blooms on a heat stressed plant and Coleus 'Lava Rose'- my favorite coleus this year. My business is slow as expected when starting out. I have a partial website (go figure?), my license, business cards. Made a bag with my logo on it that I carry around. I have about 6 websites going right now. Enough to pay the business bills.
