Thanks Jamie, That is a plastic/resin inexpensive garden ornament from probably Walmart or Home Depot. It was given to me by a friend who is downsizing and moving into an apartment. We are over the top 'cat' people. Her cat, Ginseng, is an orange tabby (sort haired). I grew up with a long haired orange tabby, a male named Veronica. When she gave it to me it was a steely blue color like many of those garden ornaments are. I painted it to honor her cat and mine. Now there's a third part to the story. I lost one of my cats this year. Elsa was a fat cat herself. Though she was not orange, it's become a memorial for her also.

Well I love it. I'm a cat person too. My cat has been gone for several years, but my daughter has two that I just love. They are both long haired, and one of them is one of those "I'm not fat, I'm fluffy cats." Reminded me of her.

Nice to have something in the garden that makes you smile!

Besides the beautiful hostas of course.
