It's ALIVE! (lemon verbena)

Lesson learned: Don't give up on your lemon verbena even if it looks dead.

I'm not sure what happened -- maybe too much rain, problems with aphids, spraying it with neem and insecticidal soap. Suddenly all the leaves turned brown and it looked dead. (Imagine this photo withOUT ANY green at all.) Almost tossed it. Left it in the driveway, where it totally dried out in that little 4" pot in full hot sun and no water for the last 2 weeks. Couldn't believe it when I saw green yesterday!

I have a new respect for this plant, and would like to propagate it, but is it too small and stressed to survive a cutting?

If not, where should I make the cut? Since it doesn't like water, how do you root it?
