Heirloom Bean Seeds to Share

I have several varieties of heirloom bean seeds to share. Would love to trade. I have Cades Cove Cut Short Greasy Backs, Pete Ingram's Cornfield Bean, Mallie Isaacs Kentucky White Greasy Bean. Laundry Day Crowder Pea, Wilma Horseman White Cut Short, Climax Bentgate Farm Speckled Pole (limited). and many more.

Hello, I would interested in trading these are the seeds that I have

Serrano chilli pepper
Table queen squash (5) seeds
Connecticut Field Pumpkin (5) seeds
Congo Watermelon seeds
Chia Salvia Hispanica L.
Zinnias
Spearmint starts
Orange marigolds great at keeping mosquitoes and other bugs away.
easy to grow, bloom reliably all summer, and have few insect and disease problems
Flower colors are yellow, orange, and mahogany-red.
full sun and a well-drained soil.
some gardeners plant marigolds in their vegetable gardens to repel harmful insects.

Need help IDing Heirloom bean seeds from before 1939

It's hard to judge the size from the photos, without some kind of reference. How big are they? The best reference I can think of for older beans is "Beans of New York", published in 1931. Finding it in a library would certainly be cheaper than buying it. ;-) Here is a link that might be useful: Beans of New York

Indeed. Grow them. Eat them. Multiply seed. Pass seed on to others. Passing seed on to someone like Gardenlad is especially good, since you can know that it will be preserved and even passed on to others who will agree to maintain it. One never knows what the future holds. I lost our family heirlooms (at least most of them) when we lived and worked outside the U.S.A. for some time, but was able to get them back through members of the Seed Savers Exchange who had received samples from me beforehand. This is good. But never assume that someone else is going to maintain your family heirlooms. They aren't as precious to others as they are to you. I sent in a number of heirlooms, to the SSE, over 20 years ago (direct to Decorah, not through other members), and I'm still waiting and hoping that they will resurface. Climax Bentgate Farm Pole bean has produced extremely well for us in cool climate Central England. Strong beany flavour and productive. The other beans from you will hopefully adapt further to our growing conditions and climate when I grow them again in 2014. Thankyou Calvin.
