Now, I really don't know which one is my favorite!! I am in awe and jealous at the same time. Plus the names are completely perfect! Please, please don't stop making them - if you are tired of looking at them at your house, my yard is in desperate need of a pagoda :). I do keep seeing in my mind, however, another pagoda with the blue glass from the hanging lamp on another of your posts!! Also, I just took a look at your album, and I love your dragon wind vane. And the dragon/monster you made, labeled "rr"! I am wondering what you have in mind with those gorgeous tile sets. Please tell me you didn't paint them. I may hang up the idea of any future projects knowing you are so talented in so many areas!

What a sight! Robert and I had actually forgotten about it (I'm hopeless), but were finishing up some ribs on the grill for a late supper when BINGO, the moon rose above the tree line. Even though the horizon is obscured by the trees, and we could only see the moon after it had been in the sky for a while, it was still beautiful, big, brilliant!

I have several different varieties of Acer japonicum and Acer shirasawanum that some would refer to as Full Moon Maples. I will take some pictures of individual leaves this weekend and post them on the gallery forum for you to see. They can be quite different. As was mentioned above one has to know the cultivar name to have any good idea of what tree they are looking at. It all can be very confusing at times especially when it is a common name someone is using. Unfortunately some trees have the wrong cultivar names on them also. Keep checking back on the gallery until I get them posted. All of these trees have had a awsome spring and look great. Kent
