Hey tiddyt Using that drop spreader do you just leave it open as wide as possible? Yep, same for my rotary spreader when I apply alfalfa pellets. Just open it up...I think the highest number on my drop is 19 & that's about how far I have it open when I do the spreading. Hey v1rtu0s1ty How much coffee ground are you mixing with a 50 lbs sbm? And where do we buy coffee ground? I don't buy coffee grounds specifically for putting on the lawn, I just save the ones we use in the house instead of throwing them away. I use a couple large old baking sheets lined with tin foil on the work bench in the garage for drying the used coffee grounds. After we have the morning coffee, just dump the grounds there, spread em & when they're pretty well dried, I put em back into a used coffee can (without a lid so they're open to the air.) Then while I'm applying the feed grains, I just add the grounds, whatever amount that I happened to have save up since the last time. Good day, Dan

It has always been the norm that if a member attempts to make 2 posts to a thread in a brief period of time, that the second will automatically be rejected by the system. It is a built in safeguard to minimize the number of duplicate replies. All one really has to do is change the Subject of Posting line by one or more characters...it can even be just adding an additional space in the line. and doing what you just did to me Maybe I'm not understanding the situation...did GW pull a post of yours, or was it just rejected when you tried to make an additional reply in a thread? If GW pulled a post, they probably sent an email too, and you can then address your concerns to them via replying to the email. Sue

I suffer from Lupus, and a couple of my scarier symptoms are massive hair loss and nail loss... please tell her to get full blood work done by her doctor... nail loss can signal a lot of things, but they don't just fall off for no reason! Imagine my surprise when I was clipping my toenails after a bath, and one suddenly slid right off my toe when I touched it with the clippers... scared me badly! I've gotten used to the more strange symptoms that come with my particular disease, but new pains and new symptoms still surprise me at times. It's always best to get a medical opinion when something abnormal happens to your body... I do hope she's ok.

NOW... having said that... you appear likely to be trying to bite off far more than you may really be ready to digest & integrate for your best results. Mortgage & equity rebalancing/refinancing is all too frequently done poorly by mediocre LENDING agents (who are at minimum licensed for the process... if not actually financially trained.) The non-financially-trained public is up against steep odds. FIRST OFF... *how* your details play out is actually much less of an issue for you at this point than *IF* you will actually qualify, given your recent late mortgage payment (which may indeed kill all options until you have that in your past by a minimum of 12 months, maybe 24.) MORE IMPORTANTLY... your best-rewarded efforts will come from diligently shopping a trustworthy & competent loan planning professional... rather than trying to teach yourself everything such a professional would have to know.
