HAVE: Loblolly Pine Babies for Postage
Comments (0)I discovered more of these buggers in my yard. I'm not going to bother trying to trade these like last time. I want them GONE! Haha. As indicated in the title, these are baby babies. Only an inch or two tall. There are a few larger ones that I can try digging up if you like. I am unsure of how many there are, so I am doing this as a First Come, First Served deal. Tell me how many you would like. A small flat rate box will be required for the accommodation of seedlings & cushioning. Small flat rate boxes are $5.80. I do not have PayPal. POST HERE BEFORE EMAILING....See MoreLoblolly Pines ???
Comments (3)Thanks! I do know a decent amount about Longleafs... which is why I haven't planted any yet (the wait). But I would like to try one, since I have 10 Slash Pines and 1 Lobolly. I went with the Slash Pines since they are pretty common around here and they grow fast! Where I live appears to have been an old Pine forest at one time... when we built back in '08, several large stumps were found when we dug the footer, then last year, I dug a small pond and found several more large ones in a 8X12 area, about 1 ft under the ground! I might just look into a Longleaf this week as I need 1 more Pine to plant in a area of the yard (we have 2 1/2 acres). Thanks again for the info!...See MoreCan anyone tell me what might be wrong with my Loblolly Pine?
Comments (3)Without seeing it, I can't say! It could be so many things, even damage from the builders. (You said you live in a new house.) And there is Fusiform rust being found in loblolly pines. I think that you need to contact the Harris County Master Gardeners. They might have a suggestion, and it doesn't cost you anything....See MoreTell me more about the Portugese Dewy Pine (Drosophyllum).
