Karen, This is my first time having any luck with indoor or ws Hibiscus! I'm so glad these took because I promised a friend a few. I usually plop everything into the ground (or final container) at the seed leaf to 2nd true leaf stage depending on size and ease of handling. These I've been dying to get for too long and I want to make sure I find the most perfect spot, so I'll be potting them up here pretty soon into 4" containers. As of this post another seed germinated making it 100% germination! Vera

The first seedling is really great, i love the form, and that its a bitone, there arent many of those i even look at twice, but that one has some real character, very nice and the slight ruffling on the edges of the petals really finish off the look, id be curious to see it in a few years after its gotten established (unless its an older seedling) And the last one WOW. I mean the "sculpting" i dont know if that's the correct term, but usually its really overdone on the bloom, almost so much to where its all you can concentrate on, but yours has a very unique finish to it, it looks delicate, and not so much like its sculpted in stone, just a light touch of it, and the color blend on the petals is very nice. the cream on the sepals blends very well with the pink blend in the petals......... UM I REALLY LIKE THIS FLOWER!!!!!! WOW thanks for the pic!!! G

I'm sorry, but can't answer the questions about who will be or if anyone will be selling and maybe registering her futures at the moment. I would assume that since Barbara has them, it will be her who does this, probably with assistance from Alan Agin, but I'm not certain about it. Dot, AA was just as you see it in my photo. I just took a closeup shot, cropped and downsized it for posting. It was a beautiful dl. thanks y'all for the comments. I'll just have to remember where the purple one is when I move 'em later this summer. Juliet, yes I have a lot of siloams and I guess I like them the most because it reminds me of the 7 summers I spent working for the Henry's during and after college. I miss them greatly now each time I go back to AR to visit. I also have mainly Siloams because I'm comfortable with knowing they'll grow here in okc, SORT OF near the AR area. I also miss Robert Clary who died years ago. he would come out and visit the Henry's each summer and had such enthusiasm for daylilies. dean
