A few more blooms today

Isaac, very simple flower, simple color but I like the wide open look of it

First bloom for Border Crossing, I really love the color

Neon Rainbow, I like this plant too, but it seems to be struggling in my yard, despite have a good spot. Started out with 2 fans in 2008, which dropped to 1 fan soon after the larger fan bloomed. Came up in 2009 2 fans, again faded to 1 fan, same for 2010. Came up 2 fans again, however, this is the first time the 2nd fan has bloomed. Maybe it will hold on this year.

red seedling, has just a touch of purple cast to it somehow. Lots of reds out there, & this is nothing special, but it is better than lots of my seedlings :)

Seedling I showed a couple days ago bloomed again. There is just a hint of yellow at the very edge

Dilemma bloomed very nicely today, but a storm moved in before I got a good picture of it, of course. The 2 blooms it had til now had trouble opening.

Love your seedling from Ruby Lipstick ..........talk about improving on a good thing! and I am not partial to eyes on daylilies but this one is a beauty. Last Snowflake hasnt bloomed here yet ( at least not that I noticed.) but then my head has been down looking for weeds . Having no problem finding them unfortunately.

David, I agree with you about Get Jiggy. I have had it in two locations in my garden for several years and have yet to see any pattern variation on a bloom. It does not multiply well for me and, while pretty, looks like many others in my garden. Hot Seat is another that has not multiplied well but does throw some distinctive blooms. Mantis, It is a 50/50 split with the club. I feel that it encourages members to bring some plants from their garden for others to share. I also find it interesting to see who favors which hybridizers. There is one person who brings many Gosssard intros and another one who favors all things ruffly. It is fun. As far as LINDA GLUCK goes, she seems to have adapted well to life out of the pot. She is above the foliage, but not her registered height. Bud count is moderate - ranging from 10 -12 per scape. Barely makes the cut for me, as I have been getting rid of the ones who are consistently in the single digits. To answer your other question about EVENING EYESHADOW, it is flat open in the morning ahead of its parent. David

They are all pretty but Border Crossing and Neon Rainbow are my favorites. Too bad Neon Rainbow stuggles so, it is a lovely bloom.

Thanks everyone! I'm really going to like Border Crossing, just love that color. I'm pleased with these seedlings, but boy, do I have a lot of seedlings that will be leaving my yard this year. Nothing downright frightening or misshapen, but just plain. I guess that is the way it goes!

Ellie, I only keep track of the pod parent, in this case it was Touched by Grace. At least, that was the tag closest to it :) This one didn't change on 2nd bloom, but I'm happy with it as is.
Here is a sibling that bloomed last year, I'm anxious to see what it looks like this year.

Pretty group of daylilies, but I think the first one is such a bright happy yellow it gets my vote.
