Borrowed Photos -- How Do You Use Them?

Nell Jean

I used to bookmark (Favorites) all those sites and pics that I wanted to use 'sometime' for inspiration. There \were so many that I seldom got back to them before the computer crashed, or I inadvertently erased them to make room for something else. or couldn't find them again.

Here's my new method:

See a pic that I KNOW is practical for a similar use in my garden,

Download to a folder called 'Borrowed Garden Ideas.'

Copy both a pic of the area of my garden and the borrowed photo to my word processor,

Make notes as to what I intend to copy/plant/integrate into my garden

Save to a Projects folder.

If I have pics of plants that I mean to move there, I include them too.

By matching the lovely inspiration photo with my own pitiful pic, I am more likely to remember what it was I meant to do, and get busy on production.
