Maybe I'll finish today's on this thread!!

I am really disappointed in this one this year! It was beautiful last year!!

Love the bed shot, your garden is quite pretty. My pick from this batch is SAMBO WILDER.

Your garen is beautiful, Ellie! My Parrot Jungle has done the exact same thing! Not so pretty as last year. I like your seedling Rei Seed X Bar Mitch best of these. Love the garden shot the most.

Rita, GRANT'S PLAY has a lot of buds on it.This was its first bloom this year.and I had to knock off a peddle :((.This fall,I will have to move it into a bigger pot or divide it and put a fan or two in a nother pot as its got this pot very full.course, the pot iits in is a gallon size.needs to be in a 3 gsl. now or bigger. jean

Debra, yes LL is a heat buster, although she is on the east side of a picket fence and gets filtered relief from the sun during the hottest part of the day. CR is gargantuan and was planted as a double fan in spring 2010. The rebloom on CR just extended non-stop from the original bloom. Somehow I think CR just really liked the strange weather this year. As for Change Dynasty, this is the hands down best in my garden of all the Stamile's. Christine

Thank you RITA: I hope I get lots of rebloom, too. I hate to see them slow down. KAYDEBRA no not much change in temperture here, was 90 today, I guess that was a few degrees cooler then its been. Thank you all for the comments. Last year I did a post just on the openings of WORTH IT ALL. it showed the good and bad blooms along with some oddities.This year, so far, it is behaving nicely :-). I have two clumps of this. One in the front and one in the back. The back one is blooming now. Winds have calmed down and are now coming in from the south which is suppose to bring us the hot/humid weather. Just finished my pics this morning and will post on a new thread later today. Gotta get outside and get some work done before the heat comes in. Julia

Your seedlings are great Ellie. They seemed to have no problem opening at all. I really like the first seedling.

They are all just so lovely, but Parrot Jungle stole my heart from the second I opened this post.

That last pic looks like a good place to sit and enjoy the view.

Thanks Rita. You really can't see the blooms in this shot because it so far away. I was up on the porch.. SW is a pretty good one. I was surprised you liked the teeth on Floota's thread..Ellie

Yep Kay, I like that cross too! I am surrounded my woods and have a tough time with mulch. You see that I have very little.. Glad you enjoyed it..

Thank you Julia. I don't do much now with diploids but Flambouyant Eyes does have pretty kids. That one has a wonderful pleated edge. 2nd year to bloom..

Vickie, I do sit there a lot but the other side of the yard is shadier. I have a canvas swing there where I sit and look at the daylily patches. Yay for swings...

Texas Big Red looks perfect. Your seedlings are all nice. Think my favorites are the first two and your garden shot is my very favorite.

Thank you Val. I think the 2nd seedling is my fav seedling on this thread. I meant to tell everyone that the light on the grass is sunlight. It looks bleached..

Thanks Debra, I am going to dispose of some this year, if I can bear it...LOL!! I know I am going to rid myself of some of the reg ones that I'm not to fond of.

Thank you Jean, I have red seedlings all over the place. Most of the red reg ones haven't bloomed yet!! Parrot Jungle looks really puny this year but I still like it!!

I LOVE 'Texas Big Red'! Wowee, I like that one a lot. I just looked it up on Tinker's, and it's dormant - hooray, I could grow it! Another one added to the wish list. . . .

I really like garden shots and bed shots, not just closeups of the flowers. Course I like closeups of the flowers too but I love to see how the daylilies fit into a persons gardens and how the garden beds are arrianged. What else is in there and so forth.
