Looks like something worth trying. I would skip the Rosemary (don't like it), sub chopped pecans for the pine nuts, and use halved Gino or Dark Portuguese figs. Thanks
I made this today, with the rosemary. Used gorgonzola instead of Stilton. Except for the time and patience required to slowly brown the onions, this was an easy and tasty dish to make. Robert in Virginia
