Looking for more exotic fig varieties near Ft Myers Florida

I was wondering if anyone knew of varieties that would do well in our local subtropical climate, and where I might purchase them local to my area. Our brown turkey has grown quite well, but I don't know enough about figs to know which ones would produce reliable heavy crops of large figs in our climate. (zone 10, less than 200 chill hours) Since we live in a residential area where the properties are small, we prefer to have single fruit trees that bear heavily every year rather than planting more than one of the same variety to get a good harvest. Is a fairly moist area a good place to plant a fig tree? Any advice will be appreciated.
