Do you keep natives in your yard when they just show up?

I have what I'm guessing are native plants since they were here when my house was built and still show up in my yard. Some of these include a plant that I call black-eyed susan (although I don't know if it is), Indian pinks, trillium, nandina, and violets. If they show up, I let them stay (with the exception of the nandina which I've never been crazy about) even if they don't fit in with the overall plan. Do you have natives and if so, how do you handle them in your gardens?

Thanks,

Mary
