changed to flexilus at your demand ...

then told to change it to reflexa..

whatever ... i suppose we need it to cone ...

resin suggested sucking on needles.. and you should have seen the look of the peeps from the convention when i suggested they start sucking on the plant.. tsugajunkie can confirm brents refusal ... he looked at me like i was stoned.. lol ...

    Fantastic! Thanks for this post.
    As I've said many times, I'm a sucker for variegated conifers, so I too am curious about what that other lovely pine in the background is... strobus 'Gold Painted'?

    By the way, I may need you to send me scions once I get more into grafting. What do ya say?

    Ken, very nice specimen, the biggest one I ever saw of this cultivar.

    Sam, the shortening P.r. 'S.V'. stands for Pinus reflexa 'Southbridge Variegated' which is the original name Joe Stupka gave when he found it as a variegated tree in a parking lot.

    Sometimes it's shortened into 'Southbridge' which is incorrect...
