Full StoryWish I had more of this wonderful species. Fantastic short, multicolored needles and great cones on very nice shaped trees. A few cultivars from my garden, please feel free to share any you want.
Picea mariana 'Aureovarigata'. A great cultivar, it turns very bright gold anywhere the sun strikes the needles while the undersides of the tree remain a bluish-green. Maybe even some silver hues are present. This tree grows quickly into a relatively narrow cone, 10-20 inches a year.

Picea mariana 'Nana'. Per Edwin, this plant is not Picea glauca 'Echiniformis' but rather 'Nana'. Edwin can certainly help here.
