I wonder if it'll get the same type of public & landscaper's approval...wide use...as its Mama. That would be very cool.
Oh, and I checked the LA- it isn't up currently, and isn't in the closed listings, so maybe he's not put it up on te block yet. Keep your eyes open!

You might consider SILVER RUN.
LITTLE GRAPETTE would also look good with STELLA, I think.

If you want a near white mini I would suggest Lullaby Baby.

Both Silver Run and Lullaby Baby look promising. The only thing they may not work with Lullaby Baby is that it mentions it has a touch of pink in it. Does the pink really show up or does it look more off white? It's going to go around my Knockout roses, so I think it needs to be a true off white or either a white with a dark center maybe.

I had Lullaby Baby open for me yesterday! It did not appear to have a pink tone to me! I can forward you a picture!

There is just a hint of pink. Here is a picture from my mother inlaw's garden. This is in canada. I would expect it to be whiter in the south.

I agree with Ed on SILVER RUN - it is the whitest daylily and should rebloom in your zone.

Does either SILVER RUN or LULLABY BABY have skinnier leaves like Stella?

I don't know LULLABY but SILVER RUN is a nice round white with green throat. Foliage is wider than SDO, flower size about the same, bloom sits above foliage, not too tall.

I just came across Joan Senior and wondered how it compares to Lullaby and Silver Run?

I don't have Joan Senior, but I've heard that it is one of the whiter daylilies. At 6" it's flower is about twice as big as Lullaby Baby and Silver Run. I've seen Lullaby Baby and it was a very light peach. Have you seen this thread about the best whites?

Well, I decided that I was going to get Silver Run, but now I can't find anyone that has it. Does anyone know of a nursery that carries it?
