Hello, I have Arnica chamissonis that was hand collected in the wild back in Summer 2006. I keyed this out at the time, it was growing in a meadow near Usk, WA. Not sure if you prefer seeds collected in the eastern US or not. If you would like some let me know! Kristi

Vera, Don't know the answer to your question. I just grow for the fun although sometimes in the dead of winter, I'll start looking at these things. :O) I got these seeds from Gardens North as well, and am now waiting on the Yellow Baptisia and the Arisaema to come up. Don't expect anything out of the Cimicifuga this year. I did have Eupatorium Coelestinum sprout too. Don't think I mentioned that one. It can be a runner, so I'll have to watch it, but it certainly caters to the butterflies so it's a keeper. Northerner, Glad you kept waiting. I think they will be a great new addition to our gardens.
