I don't think my philadelphus is "Snow White Fantasy" (label is long gone), but I do have babies from mine. It is some named variety, with a slightly fancier bloom form than the species. I've linked to an online image of a plant with blooms similar to mine.

mock orange grows easily from winter hardwood cuttings. Find someone who has one and you can start all you want for free.

I have lots of those, too, after seriously pruning my mock orange last year then using the cut branched as plant stakes.
