I have a few things you might like: Hydrangea quercifolia (collected by me in Nov. 2012) Schizanthus pinnatus (rec'd in trade in 2012) Abies pinsapo Spanish fir (fresh seed rec'd in trade in Nov 2012) Morella cerifera Wax myrtle (collected in Nov 2012) Euonymus americanus Strawberry bush (collected in fall 2012) Rhododendron canescens (collected in March 2013) Decumaria barbara (collected in March 2013) The last 2 species are obviously from plants that bloomed in 2012, but I collected seeds in March. They are quite viable, as I already have many sprouts from these seeds. See anything you'd like? Katie

I am new and only have one clematis myself but absolutely love them so if you have any left I would love to grow it.

Oh God, don't dig them up! :) I forgot to mention above that even know I knew you wanted a plant exchange, I thought I'd mention the Native Here nursery. I was just there and the Zigadenus fremontii looks great! However, the one I bought a few weeks ago looks dead. It fell apart when I was transplanting it and I'm not sure if it'll recover. Many gardeners have reported limited success in growing Death Camas at home. :( I'd hate to think I was one of them! Nonetheless, the Zigadenus at Native Here nursery was about $4.00. I bought a whole lot of plants and can't recall the exact price. They are reasonable, though. The best part is that they are from Alameda and Contra Costa counties, so you can help preserve the local gene pool (that includes the whole Bay Area). Let me know how you do! If mine starts growing, I'll let you know when I get some seeds! Scott PS - I believe the "fremontii" is for John C. Fremont. Coincidentally, the namesake of Fremont. :)
