wanted: gta spring plant swap

Ciao campers,

Is it too early to ask when this much-awaited event might maybe happen? I'm so itching to see you all again and share with you my triumphs and perils of the last growing season, I can barely stand it. Any ideas? And who is going to the Toronto Seedy Saturday in March?

Julianna - Hi! Great topic~ I've been in email contact with a new GW'er who's game for a spring'tailgater plant swap'. We're at the starting stages of determining a good date and place with her and our friend muttsfan.

GW has a new and unwritten rule apparently - that being to have all discussions about swaps/meet ups to take place on the conversation side of the exchange board (a couple of in person swap threads on the US boards were deleted/removed/pulled and when the attendees questioned this over in the suggestions and comments forum, this new unwritten rule was explained by the new garden web management team to have the conversations boards to be used as the place to discuss potential/upcoming plant meet up/tailgaters, etc.

Can you start a new thread on the 'conversations' side of this board and I'll go get the two others and we can all meet there to discuss this, before this thread too 'goes poof'?

Oh, it was +3 today.......spring is almost here!!!!

Here's a copy of that above mentioned new rule from GW management (in case anyone thinks I actually dream this stuff up, LOL)

........Posts were moved because they were posted in the wrong forums. The Exchange forum should be used for the sole purpose of the actual trading. Posts relating to exchanges -- such as lost emails or meetups should be posted to the Conversations area..........

Anyone want lupine seeds from my plants at the Spring Swap?

At the Spring Swap several people asked me for seeds from my gorgeous lupine plants (sorry, no pic because I'm on my phone, but they were quite huge, with purple blooms). I did collect the seeds but then forgot to take them to the Fall Swap. If you asked for some, and/or would like some, let me know.
